Why do Initial Cleaning Services take longer than regularly scheduled services?

Before we can begin regularly scheduled cleaning services, we complete a thorough deep cleaning. The purpose of the initial cleaning is to bring the home or office to a high level of cleanliness, which we maintain during our future visits.

A standard initial cleaning usually runs between 4 and 8 hours. A standard maintenance visit runs between 1-3 hours, depending on the size of the property.

How is a Move In/Move-out service different from a traditional cleaning service?

Our move in/move out cleaning services are very similar to the full service deep cleanings we complete with our recurring customers. The primary difference is that the property is usually empty of standard household goods and furniture, which allows access to areas that are traditionally more difficult to reach. Additionally we can clean carpets upon request, once a thorough walk-through has been complete.

Sometimes carpets are stained beyond repair and we want to make sure we can sufficiently clean them before we move forward.

Do you offer cleaning services outside regularly scheduled duties?

We will provide additional cleaning services upon request. Please note that in order for us to fit the additional work into our schedule, we require notice prior to your scheduled cleaning. Additional fees may apply.

Do the same people come every cleaning visit?

We make every effort to ensure that your space is cleaned by the same person each visit. However, there are circumstances that are beyond our control and we may need to send a different team member. If this happens, please be assured that the work will be completed as you have come to expect.

What training does your staff go through?

Our team members undergo both classroom and on the job training. We make sure our staff has full knowledge of our products and procedures.

What sets you apart from other cleaning companies?

We are a locally owned business that is small enough to offer a personal touch and large enough to handle the larger jobs. We know how important it is to have individual concerns addressed, and to that end, clients can expect to speak directly to the owner.

Does someone have to be present during the cleaning?

Clients do not need to be present during the cleaning service, but may remain if they so choose. All we require is access.

Can I supply my own cleaning products?

We can use your cleaning supplies upon request. We will want to make sure we have a full understanding of the product(s) to make sure we remain safe and to ensure that we use the products as intended.

Do you have a guarantee?

We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact our office, within one day of your cleaning, and we will come back and take care of it.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

You may cancel your scheduled cleaning by contacting our office no later than 7am on the day of your scheduled service. Failure to cancel your scheduled visit will result in a $25 service charge.
